A little better share for health sector in federal budget 2012-13

Slightly though, the centre’s post-devolution health spending is to go up next fiscal year.

 

According to the federal budget 2012-13 document seen by this scribe, the health sector will get Rs26.51 billion in 2012-13 compared to Rs23.32 billion in 2011-12.

 

Of this total outlay, the lion’s share i.e. Rs23.952 billion will go to Planning and Development Division followed by Finance Division Rs800 million, Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission
