Tributes paid to legendary singers

LAHORE: Rich tributes were paid to ghazal singers Mehdi Hasan, Noor Jehan and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan at a music programme organised by Pakistan Music Council in collaboration with TECH Club and Rotary Centennial Club on Sunday.
Singers Noor Afhsan, Maham Rizvi and Shafat sang the poetry of Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Sufi Tabassum and Nasir Kazmi.
Speakers said that a music academy was need of the hour in Pakistan to introduce, explore and promote
