Karachi 600 screened for thalassemia at Dow college
More than 600 participants from students’ community, faculty and technical staff were screened for thalassemia and their blood samples collected under the Dow Thalassemia Assistance Program (Dow –TAP) at the Dow Medical College on Wednesday.
The Institute of Haematology, Dow University of Health (DUHS), has organised a three-day free thalassemia screening camp and awareness lecture.
