RAWALPINDI - Lack of primary school in Dhaman Syedan union council has deprived the children of this model town even of basic facility of education.
This has been declared model town as its population runs into thousands but the sons and daughters of this area are growing up in an environment where illiteracy and ignorance reign supreme.
You may see scores of boys roaming with no objectives to scale the heights of difficulties of life awaiting them in near future but they are pursuing
