ISLAMABAD: The government’s endeavour is to provide optimum health facilities to poor and deserving patients and it is the collective responsibility of government, philanthropists and the entire society to help the needy, Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Secretary Riffat Shaheen Qazi said on Tuesday.
