LAHROE: Government College University (GCU) Lahore, the oldest seat of learning in Pakistan, marked the 149th year of its establishment on Tuesday.
Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Khaleequr Rahman announced 2013 as a year of celebrations for all Ravians and Old Ravians, saying that the university and Old Ravians Union had planned several literary, co-curricular and social events to mark the sesquicentennial year.
