Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday put Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Higher Education Commission (HEC), PPP?s MNA Shazia Mari on notice in a petition seeking Ms Maris disqualification as Member National Assembly.
A division bench of SHC headed by Justice Faisal Arab was hearing the petition filed by Atta Muhammad Chandio, a voter of NA-235 constituency in Sanghar, who cited PPP MNA Shazia Jannat Mari, Shazia daughter of Atta Muhammad, a resident of Agra Taj Colony Lyari, ECP, HEC,
