LAHORE A NUMBER of events were held at the provincial metropolis on Monday in connection with the World TB Day in which speakers stressed the need for maximum awareness while urging the public to go for early diagnosis and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Addressing a seminar organised by Punjab TB Control Programme, Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Health Khawaja Salman Rafiq said the mortality due to tuberculosis (TB) in Punjab had been reduced by 53 percent which was a great success of the Punjab TB Control Programme.
