UNICEF to set up 4,000 learning centres KARACHI The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) will establish 4,000 Temporary Learning Centres (TLCs) in the rain-affected areas of Sindh to provide hygiene and health awareness education to 200,000 students besides making sure that students continue their normal schooling.
