At least 13 students were injured when the wall of their school building collapsed due to heavy rain and hailstorm, which lashed the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad on Wednesday morning.

ISLAMABAD: Parents of students have alleged that private tuition centres in the twin cities are flouting rules and regulations and are nothing but “money minting machines”.
