<strong>ISLAMABAD : On Sunday morning, a sunny sky and packed lawns gave the opening of Lok Virsa’s three-day ‘Spring Festival’ the aspect of a picnic. </strong>
Organised by Lok Virsa and the Ministry of National Heritage and Integration, the festival was popular with children and with adults.
Khalid Javed, Lok Virsa executive director, said: “It’s not very hard to bring smiles to peoples’ faces,” looking out at the crowd.
