Unanimous resolution calls for public university

The Sindh Assembly unanimously a passed a resolution on Wednesday, moved jointly by the Muttahida Qaumi Movement and the Pakistan People’s Party, asking the provincial government to set up a public university in Hyderabad.

&nbsp;

The resolution was passed after a debate between PPP and MQM legislators, the latter insisting that the bill be introduced, but the former expressing “reservations” over “certain things”.
