KArACHI: Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) on Thursday expressed concerns about increasing traffic violations in Karachi, causing injuries and sometimes death.
A PMA release said that hospitals in Karachi are reporting 300 to 400 patients daily with fracture of long bones, lacerations, soft tissues injuries rupture of internal organs and even head injuries. Motorcyclists who drive on the wrong side cause majority of the accidents.

Islamabad The All Pakistan CNG Association (APCNGA) on Monday said public transport vehicles with defective CNG installation would not get fuel from CNG outlets from November 6 as per the directives of the government.
The CNG filling stations and transport vehicles disregarding the orders would face legal action including fines and shutdowns while CNG operators would be solely responsible for all the losses taking place due to any incident, it said.
