Islamabad A newborn was kidnapped by a veiled woman from the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) here on Thursday morning, exposing poor security arrangements in the largest medical facility of the metropolis.
The newborn was nephew of a head constable of the Islamabad Police working in the prime minister’s squad.
The Margalla Police have taken up the case and started recording statements of the staff and security officials to fix responsibility of the negligence, police
