KARACHI, A Rett syndrome awareness session was organised by the Rett Syndrome Pakistan at the National Museum on Thursday.
Titled ‘Blue Sky Girls’, the chief guest of the programme was Prof Ghaffar Billoo, who along with keynote speaker Dr Syed Athar Enam, said Rett syndrome was an X-linked neurological disorder on the autism spectrum, and one of only four diseases that occurred almost exclusively in girls.
