Karachi The Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) demanded from the federal and provincial governments on Thursday to compel the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) to pay the arrears of Rs25 billion.
“Every month the KWSB fails to pay bills despite clear orders of the Sindh High Court. The water utility has still not paid the current electricity bill amounting to Rs600 to Rs650 million,” said the KESC spokesperson.
