Farmers urged to use water saving technology
FAISALABAD: Wheat production can be increased by using bed planter in fields, said University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan while he was addressing a bed planter ceremony at UAF Postgraduate Research Centre here on Thursday.
The research centre distributed six bed planters among farmers for a season to promote the technology. The UAF set target of 100 acre for getting a bed planter. The farmers meeting
