Youth gala PESHAWAR, Adviser to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister on excise and taxation Mian Jamsheduddin Kakakhel has said that Islamia College is a historic educational institution that besides imparting quality education to its students is creating competitive skills among its students by arranging different extracurricular activities.
