Islamabad Islamabad is generally considered to be a dead city with very little scope for any form of art. Origami, the Japanese art of paper folding, however, is one art form that has not received much acknowledgement throughout Pakistan.
The art aims at transforming a flat sheet of paper into a finished sculpture through folding and sculpting techniques, most of the time without the use of cuts or glue.
