the daily time newspaper publish North Waziristan’s scholar wins gold medal ISLAMABAD HEC Scholar from North Waziristan Qudratullah won gold medal in MPhil in Veterinary Clinical Medicine and Surgery from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad on Tuesday.
He was selected for postgraduate scholarship programme under HEC project “Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for Students of Balochistan and FATA” in 2008. He successfully completed his MPhil studies and obtained 3.99/4.00
