AG put on notice in petition seeking PM disqualification
KARACHI, The Sindh High Court on Monday issued notice to the chief law officer of the federal government in a petition seeking disqualification of the prime minister for making speeches against the army.
The petition was filed by Advocate Maulvi Iqbal Haider who accused Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani of making unconstitutional speeches against the army.
