All institutions are subservient to Parliament: Kausar Dir delegation apprises governor of problems

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Barrister Masood Kausar has said that the parliament is the supreme institution which gave constitution to the country and all other institutions are subservient to it.
