BISE controllers, chairmen to blame for fiasco report
LAHORE A Lahore High Court judicial commission held that the examination chairmen and controllers of all eight Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education of Punjab (BISE) were responsible for the failure of presenting error-free, on-line intermediate results.
