23 RY Khan schools found non-functional
SADIQABAD - As many as 23 schools were found non-functional in district Rahim Yar Khan during last two months while 20 teachers were found absent out of which 10 fined, 13 granted a free pardon and two teachers were terminated, says a district monitoring report.
It explained that the Education Department took action against negligent teachers in August and September. Those ‘negligent’ teachers who were pardoned in August are Muhammad Saleem,
