A short list of nominees for the 2011 Tipperary International Peace Award has been announced by Tipperary Peace Convention. The short listed six nominees are: Her Majesty Queen Nour Al Hussein of Jordan; ex-Irish President Mary McAleese and Senator Martin McAleese; ex-U.S. president Jimmy Carter; Pakistani philanthropist Dr. Abdul Sattar
