Health minister inaugurates anti-polio drive

Health Minister Dr Sagheer Ahmed on Sunday inaugurated an anti-polio drive at the PIB Maternity Home by administering polio drops to children. During the campaign, 3.9 million children of up to five years of age would be administered polio drops, according to a statement. Dr Ahmed pointed out that the role of lady health workers in this campaign was of immense significance.
