Honoured? University of Karachi has awarded an honorary doctorate

I am delighted to know that the University of Karachi has awarded an honorary doctorate to renowned surgeon Prof Adibul Hasan Rizvi of the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplant.

But I wonder how Dr Rizvi feels about having been bracketed with ‘Dr’ Rehman Malik, who was awarded an honorary doctorate by the same institution in October.
