Islamabad may offer a unique example of a specially-designed capital with its nice landscape, natural beauty and master plan but it failed to offer decent living to many including teachers.
“Feudal lords, industrialists, diplomats and until recently the armed forces occupied elite sectors. The working class is compelled to live in almost slum like areas like Pindora, Dhok Dalal and Shamsabad,” said Secretary General Federal Government College Teachers Association (FGCTA) Tahir Mehmood
