National Drama Festival-2011 kicks off at PNCA
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) arranged National Drama Festival-2011 to make Islamabad a cultural hub. PNCA provides opportunity to the regional artists from across the country with their own cultural values and traditions to perform in the festival, PNCA Director General (DG) Tauqir Nasir said this on Monday prior to the starting of first stage play titled ‘Akhri Shikaar’.
