PESHAWAR: The police have lodged a case against a former district council member belonging to the minority community for allegedly kidnapping his ex-wife and wounding her sister. A police official said that the first information report has been lodged in the University Town Police Station against Sahab Singh for kidnapping his ex-wife Shaheen and wounding her sister Yasmeen. Sahab Singh remained a district council member and has recently joined the Pakistan
