National Horticultural Society (NHS) has postponed the exhibition of winter flowers, which was scheduled to be held on December 11. The big annual exhibition of chrysanthemum and other flowers of winter, was scheduled to be held on Dec 11 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Hill View Hotel, F-7, Islamabad. the
