HYDERABAD The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)’s power distribution programme launched a three-year safety training programme for the linemen of the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (Hesco) in Jamshoro on Tuesday.
The programme aims at imparting training in safety procedures to 9,500 linemen of nine power distribution companies of Pakistan. Besides Hesco, the other beneficiaries of the programme include the companies of Islamabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala,
