THE Lahore High Court on Tuesday restrained the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) from levying taxes on the Long Distance Interconnectivity (LDI) operators.
Four LDI operators (international gateway operators) filed a petition through Advocate Mian Irfan Akram.
He contended that the PTA had already imposed unnecessary taxes on these companies in violation of the PTA rules.
