Madrassas to teach modern education
Lahore: Punjab Auqaf, Religious Affairs and Labour Minister Haji Ehsanuddin Qureshi said that modern knowledge was also being made part of Madrassa curriculum along with religious education so that these could be part of the mainstream.
Talking to an Ulema delegation the minister said by this graduates of Madrassas could be able to face the challenges of present era and avail better job opportunities.
The government is evolving a comprehensive strategy
