THE Disciplinary Committee of the Punjab Bar Council has ruled that advocate Qaisar Abbas had got himself enrolled as an advocate with the PbBC on the basis of a forged LLB degree.
The committee, comprising its Chairman Sheikh Abdul Ghaffar and Jam Muhammad Younas, Shafqat Ali Bhatti, Tahir Nasarullah Warriach and Garwah as members, announced its decision on December 12 while hearing the petition of advocate Muhammad Afzal Khurram.
