PESHAWAR: A college student hailing from Khairpur area of Nowshera district has appealed the Peshawar High Court (PHC) chief justice to protect him and his family against kidnappers and police.
Talking to reporters at the Peshawar Press Club on Monday, Waqas alleged that a group of influential people in his village abducts youngsters, films them naked and then extorts money through blackmailing.
