16,000 Punjab teachers still unpaid

RAWALPINDI - Despite the lapse of three months, the Punjab Education Department has failed to pay salaries to 16,000 teachers in the province, increasing the miseries of the educators as they are unable to meet their monthly expenditures.
According to information, monthly salaries of 75 percent teachers, including 1,376 from Rawalpindi division who were enrolled in April 2012, were stopped by the Education Department owing to the non-completion of educational documents submitted by them at
