LAKKI MARWAT, July 18: Police on Wednesday foiled a bid to blow up a school’s building in Khajakhel area here by defusing two locally made explosive devices.
A police official said the devices were planted in the building of Government Boys Primary School, Kotka Gul Zafar.
He said after learning about explosive devices, police encircled the locality and called the bomb disposal squad, which defused them.
The official said explosive devices weighed 15kg each.
