Farhatullah withdraws bill in Senate about inter services intelligence (ISI) control

The bill submitted by Senator Farhatullah Babar, spokesman of President Asif Zardari, in his capacity as member of the ruling party in Senate, to have effective civilian control over country’s prime intelligence gathering outfit, inter services intelligence (ISI), has been withdrawn by its author.
