PESHAWAR: The activists of the Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) on Friday staged protest to condemn the mass killing of Muslims in Myanmar and urged the government to raise voice for the protection of the innocent people.
Led by district president of the organisation, Abidullah Shaheen, the activists protested outside the Peshawar Press Club. They were holding banners and placards inscribed with slogans to express solidarity with the Muslims in Myanmar.
