LAHORE: Students who grabbed top positions in the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore, annual matriculation examination 2012 have urged higher officials, politicians and leaders to provide them with basic rights and fulfil their needs so they could prove themselves the best around the globe.
