THE Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and Punjab Health Department recently signed an MoU to improve health sector performance. According to details, the MoU would seek possibilities of mutual interest between the two organizations. Captain (r) Arif Nadeem, Secretary Health Punjab, signed the MoU on behalf of the Punjab government while Professor Michael Thorne represented the Anglia Ruskin University.
