In a story titled “NED University complains of fund shortage” published on July 19, it was quoted that the university received a cheque of Rs700 million from the Higher Education Commission at the end of the fiscal year 2011, which bounced.
The information was an inadvertent mistake. It was actually the fourth installment of the payment which was delayed by the Higher Education Commission.
