ISLAMABAD – Educationist have hailed the passage of Right to Free Education Bill Islamabad Capital Territory from the Senate under Article 25-A and termed it a landmark initiative toward achieving the goal of literate nation.
Around 68,000 children are out of school in the federal capital and this bill will ensure their access to the right of free education, making ICT as a model for all provinces to follow.
