PESHAWAR, July 25: A Peshawar High Court bench on Wednesday directed the administration of Peshawar Town III to produce record of commercial activities, including the lease of a club’s land, in the upscale University Town locality.
Chief Justice Dost Mohammad Khan and Justice Irshad Qaiser also extended a stay order against construction work or modification of existing structures at the University Town Club a portion of which has been leased out to two people for 33 years.
