Pupils’ funds spent on college opening

LAHORE: Students of four public sector colleges have been deprived of Rs 1.9 million as the pupils’ fund has been used for the inauguration of the Government Polytechnic Institute (GPI) at Pindi Bhattian.
The funds have not been returned to the institutions concerned even two years after the inauguration.
