Rawalpindi Schools face teachers shortage

RAWALPINDI - Rawalpindi schools are facing shortage of teachers despite the recruitment drive of Punjab government in the province.

More than 100 girls’ school in the districts have one teacher per school for a large number of students.

This situation is having an adverse impact on the quality of education in the schools. While teachers are reluctant to get posted in schools situated in rural and far-flung areas.
