ISLAMABAD - Rector International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) Prof Dr Masoom Yasinzai has said that rights and duties are correlated with each other.
He was addressing at a reception organised by Officers Welfare Association (OWA) of the IIUI in the honour of recently promoted and retired officers of the university here on Wednesday.
“When one demands his right, he will have to perform his duty first,” he said, adding that therefore the employees who perform their duties
