ISLAMABAD: Special children from special education centres functioning under the Directorate General of Special Education and Social Welfare excelled in the Matriculation examination conducted by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) for academic year 2012.
A total of 24 students - 13 boys and 11 girls - appeared in the examinations from National Special Education Centre for Hearing Impaired Children, H9, Islamabad, and the result of the centre remained 100
