TOBA TEK SINGH: Gale-force winds coupled with stormy showers Friday proved disastrous as a woman was killed and several other people were injured with myriad incidents of collapse of walls, rooftops and bill boards reported in different areas of northern and central Punjab.
The storm packing strong winds, was so fierce that it uprooted trees and pylons, swept away sign boards and rooftops and damaged crops in several areas.
